Our technologically advanced machines can handle the biggest loads and oversized items like comforters that can be difficult to wash in the smaller machines. Our washers are designed to extract more water during the spin cycle and will reduce the dry time for you to finish your task quickly and affordably.

What to Expect

Can I Customize My Service?

When you call to sign up, we will help build out your laundry profile so we know how you want your laundry processed. You are in control of:

Frequency of Service
Choice of Soaps, Softeners, Bleach and Dryer Sheets
Choice of water temperature
Choice of dryer temperature
Folded versus Hangers
Special Instructions

Are Laundry Bags Provided?

We will provide you an The Laundry Lounge laundry bag marked with your name. All you need to do is simply leave your laundry out on the day of pickup. If this is your initial pick up, we recommend a disposable bag marked with your name and “The Laundry Lounge”.

What is the Turnaround Time?

Your laundry will make the round trip from your home and back within 24 hours. If your order exceeds 100 pounds it will be a 48 hour turn around. If you need a same day service, we will assess on a case by case basis.

What Payments are Accepted?

We require a credit or debit card to be charged on services provided. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is charged. We accept all major credit cards; including, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, all customers will receive a $25 credit on their account for each referral.

Are you open on the Holidays?

We are closed on the following Holidays:

New Year’s Day – January 1
Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
Independence Day – July 4
Labor Day – First Monday in September
Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday in November
Christmas Day – December 25
